Revision Rhinoplasty

I had my rhinoplasty on September 18th 2025. It’s still too early to judge the long-term results, but I can already share my impressions and experience so far. The surgery went smoothly and without any complications. I didn’t even feel the anesthesia, and after the operation, I woke up quickly — no nausea, no weakness, it felt like waking up from an afternoon nap. On days 3–4, the swelling was at its peak, then gradually went down, just as expected. I didn’t have a single bruise, even though my surgery was quite complex.

I had my nose job done simply to achieve a more beautiful and harmonious look for my face, and I'm so glad I chose Dr Samet. The only improvement I could recommend to the team is to be more responsive and predictable with appointment times, but I was aware that could be an issue. After a sports injury many years ago, I had breathing issues through one nostril and was also unhappy with the appearance of my nose. I am 3 weeks post-op from rhinoplasty with Dr. Samet and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him! It is truly the most well-balanced nose and the cleanest closure of incisions I have seen. He is a perfectionist in the best way. He listens to what you want and gives you a realistic expectation of what can be done, keeping your anatomy and the functionality of your breathing in mind. He is conservative with what he will promise (green flag in cosmetic surgery world!) and over delivers on the results. The staff was supportive and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I was settled during my trip. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of having my procedure with him.
